Security Deposit

The £500 security deposit is refundable on safe return of the campervan, in the condition in which it left our dealership subject to an inspection satisfactory to us. This must be paid to cover the possibility of damage (whether negligent, wilful, accidental or otherwise) or loss to the campervan or the fixtures and fittings therein or the living equipment and windows, wheels, tyres etc included with the campervan. The campervan and all its equipment, as detailed above, must be returned in good condition, with no damage to it, its contents or any third party property. The campervan must be returned with the fuel refilled to its agreed pre-hire level. The campervan must be returned in a similar clean and tidy condition as was hired out. Any cutlery used must also be returned clean.

• Prices include the rental, insurance and breakdown cover.
• UK rental only.
• Fair mileage policyis up to 2,000 miles per rental for week rent. 1,000 miles for weekend rent. Long term mileage policy is 12k per annum.
• 15 pence per mile over plus VAT.
• Dining essentials can be provided. Please ask for full list.
• Drivers must be over 23 years of age and under 75 and have 2 years driving experience with a clean license.
• Price includes one driver. Second driver costs £20 (week hire).
• Deposit is £500 for the week hire and £250 for the weekend hire.
• Insurance is included with the excess of £1,000. For £10 per day, the excess can be reduced to £500.
• No pets allowed.

Driver requirements:

Hirer needs to have held a driver's licence for a minimum of 2 years

• Aged between 21 – 75
• Driver's aged between 75 - 79 require insurance clearence
• Driver's aged between 21 - 24 vehicle engine size limits
• No more than 6 penalty points under 5 years and no bans under 5 years
• No more than 1 accident within the last 3 years

All UK licence holders must go on to the DVLA website within 21 days of your reservation and create a share code

All foreign licence holders must produce their driver's licence, passport and return confirmation (flight number) or if you have UK residence you will need 2 Utility Bills dated within the last 3 months
